We believe in flavours. And we believe in enhancing them. So for us it is natural that our guests may choose their courses by the flavour. This is why we choose to name our courses by their flavour.
Our menusChili, ginger and cress. At Smak you build your own tasting menu by choosing three, five or seven flavours. All flavours are of the same size, where three flavours equals a main course, five is equivalent to an entrée and main and seven to a three course meal.
The menu has inspirations from all over the world. We also have a vegetarian menu.
Riesling, Pinot Noir, Barbera. With every flavour we recommend matching wines. We offer twenty diffrent wines to the flavours on our menu, in a small tasting glass. You can also order the wines in full glass or a bottle, if you wish.
Grapefruit, Blackberry and Rosemary, of course the drinks is also served in flavours.
